Camille Egloff-Ghicas earned a business degree from HEC, the leading French business school, in 1997. She worked as an analyst at Bank Paribas and joined Boston Consulting Group in 1998. She has developed specific expertise in Retail (food and non-food) across topics (growth strategy, operations turnaround, sourcing strategy, value proposition, store operations, organization, performance management) and geographies. She is currently the partner and managing director of Athens Office and responsible of the retail node for Southeastern Europe and Turkey, she works in French, English, Greek and Spanish.
