Santiago Gallino is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at the Tuck School of Business. His research focus is on empirical operations management and his areas of interests are primarily associated with service and retail operations management, with a special focus on process performance and innovation.

Before joining the PhD program, he worked at IAE Business School in Argentina where he lectured for the MBA, Executive Education and In‐Company programs. During that time he combined his academic activity with consulting work through Latin America, having collaborated with companies in different fields –retailing, food manufacturing and distribution, energy, entertainment– both domestic and multinationals. His educational background includes PhD in Operations and Information Management and a Master’s in Statistics (both from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvanian), an MBA (IAE Business School), and a degree in Electrical Engineering (Universidad de Buenos Aires).
