2016 KUMPEM Forum Retail Conference

II. The Power of Operation Design in a New Brave World

In its 6th conference, KUMPEM will host the the 2nd Fashion Operations Conference, which focuses on operations management in fashion retail, where first was conducted by IESE last year, in Barelona, Spain.

This year’s conference will be held at Conrad Istanbul, in May 13, 2016. Under the Global Perspective on Retail theme, the program includes valuable presentations, panels and cases on different strategies especially in multi channel management, brand and product management challenges, and the effectiveness of the workforce.

Our speakers include global senior executives who will deliver operations and team management solutions in retail, product and portfolio management optimization, mobile management applications, campaign optimization in multichannel marketing, and academician consultants known for their work in the marketing world.
